To decorate? A couple of hours. My wrist was really cramping up from making all of the rosettes. The flowers and ribbon are fake (I'm trying to learn how to make sugar flowers at the moment) and the pearl border is made out of Sixlets. They have bags of the individual colors at Hobby Lobby :)
